Brief job description: I am in charge of the creation, maintenance and optimization of all Google Ads and paid social media campaigns, including maximizing landing pages for conversion rate optimization and conversion tracking. I also contribute to the data reporting efforts and agency project management. 

My favorite thing about your role: I enjoy working with Google Ads campaigns because success typically comes from attention to detail, which is a personal strength. I like deep diving into the search term report to find inapplicable keywords to avoid wasting ad budget on them and experimenting with landing pages to increase conversion rate. 

How would you describe the company culture? We work really hard and we enjoy each other's company.
